William Means is a residential real estate firm in Charleston.
Research showed that most of the money was spent on newspaper advertising, however, most of the sales were attributed to yard signs.
The challenge:
how to make yard signs that already deliver the firm name and number work harder.
Solution:
These yard signs would be different. They would include a headline, the firm’s new logo, the agent’s name, the agent’s phone, and a Christie’s Great Estates mention. All headlines were different. They were powerful because they 1) said something about the firm, 2) said something about the agent, and 3) most important of all, they spoke directly to the buyer.
Result:
The firm’s listings doubled in about three months. They went from a distant third spot in the market to being in a virtual tie for the lead within six months.
